Bleri Lleshi is philosopher, writer, lecturer, youth worker and DJ. He studied political sciences and philosophy at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. At the moment he is writing a ph.d on the struggle of the excluded. Lleshi is lecturer at UCLL where he teaches various subjects on social sciences. He published Identiteit en interculturaliteit. Identiteitsconstructie bij jongeren in Brussel, VUBPress (2010). The neoliberal punitive state (2014) and Love in times of fear (2016) Lleshi is writing columns for MO* Magazine and Brussels Times Magazine and reviews for various newspapers and websites.

Bleri Lleshi is filosoof, auteur, docent, jongerenwerker en DJ. Zijn onderzoek is gericht op verscheidene thema’s, zoals identiteit, interculturaliteit, sociale ongelijkheid, neoliberalisme en Brussel. Momenteel schrijft hij een doctoraat over de strijd van de uitgeslotenen. Lleshi is docent aan UCLL waar hij verschillende vakken doceert. Hij schrijft columns voor MO* Magazine en Brussels Times Magazine. Als documentairemaker regisseerde Lleshi o.a Bxl stad zonder eigenaar (België, 2009); Belgikanen (België, 2010), Inspirerende Parcours (België, 2011) Protest voor het leven (2012), Balkan Melange (2012), en Mensen zoals ons (2013)
Lleshi is auteur van verschillende boeken zoals Identiteit en Interculturaliteit. Identiteitsconstructie bij jongeren in Brussel (VUBPress, 2010) en de bestsellers De neoliberale strafstaat (2014) en Liefde in tijden van angst (2016).
